Terms and Conditions

Standard Terms

The terms set out below are our standard terms for the supply of hearing devices.  The terms set out below do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Note that within six weeks from date of supply at least one further personal consultation will be provided without charge to assess progress and to offer further assistance if required.

In the event that a hearing device has been supplied following an evidenced based hearing test and which is not satisfactory quality, does not perform as agreed or is not fit for purpose that was described during your consultation then monies will be refunded in full or exchanged at full value for another hearing aid(s) subject to the following exclusions:

  1. Customised ear moulds for behind the ear hearing aids or receiver in the ear hearing aids cannot be returned and will remain the property of the patient.  The non-refundable cost of these is:

Standard Ear Mould from £75.00 per side (depending on patient prescription)

Standard receivers from £100.00

If you wish to return a hearing aid that is of satisfactory quality and which was correctly described and supplied to you, you may do so providing the device is in good condition and is returned within 60 days from the date of first fitting.  We will process full refund including any deposit paid at time of hearing aid order.
