You will: 

• Be responsible for assisting in the delivery of hearing health care and patient care management 
• Support practice audiology and manage patient flow 
• Conduct hearing instrument programming and adjustments 
• Maintain patient records by recording and updating evaluations, changes, progress, and treatments 
• Assist in wax removal 

You will need: 

• Education: High School diploma required. Continued education preferred. 
• Experience: 1-2 years of medical experience in a health oriented environment such as a medical clinic or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of hearing aid fitting software systems preferred 
• Good problem solving skills, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required 
• Computer knowledge is required – working knowledge of microsoft Word, Outlook.
