These are difficult and challenging times for everyone, and I wanted to write to you personally to let you know some of the things we are doing to respond.

The Hearing Clinic UK is a family run business with family at its heart. You too are also a member of that family, and we have an obligation to protect the safety of us all.

Like you, we’re dealing with this time of uncertainty. Together, we’re working hard to keep our community safe and our loyal patients satisfied, taking our lead from government guidelines and health organisations across our many territories in order to react properly to what is a complex and fast-moving situation.

In light of recent government communications and advice from the World Health Organisation, we are working with our network to take the appropriate actions to maintain the safety of our customers and staff.

This is a dynamic and fast moving situation, The Hearing Clinic UK will continue to work closely with all our partners and communities, to ensure the well-being and safety of all.

As a measure to ensure the health of the workforce and to play our part in stopping this pandemic, The Hearing Clinic UK has taken the tough decision to close our clinics until we receive notice that it is safe to re-open. If you have any servicing or sales queries, or you are in need of parts or accessories then please contact us as usual.

Our suppliers are accepting repair and service requests directly from our patients which means you will be able to send the device to the manufacturer and have it posted back out to you directly. I have listed the address details for all of our main suppliers at the bottom of this message.

Like everybody, we’re doing all we can to keep things moving. We’re learning day by day what the best course of action is but imagine there will be a few stumbles along the way. We ask you to bear with us and really do appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

We are aware you may require changeovers during this closed period – please contact Callum callum@thehearingclinicuk.co.uk if you have any issues or questions. He will be running emergency clinics on a strict one to one basis to ensure that you won’t be without the use of your devices.
